Kitchen
The designer kitchens have a high-gloss finish and come equipped with hob, oven, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all cooking and eating utensils required.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The beds are fitted with the finest quality soft cotton sheets and duvets for added comfort and the floor is covered by bamboo wooden flooring. Master bedrooms have include a 32" LCD TV, and all bedrooms have 2 single beds that can be locked and made-up as a double if required. Camp beds are also available to sleep one extra person in the lounge area if necessary.
The luxury bathrooms all have a high pressure shower plus a bath, and a hair-dryer. For laundry there is also a washer/dryer and ironing board with iron.
Security and Safety
Each apartment is operated by key-card entry plus there is a video door entry system and a comprehensive CCTV monitoring system, covering both the interior and exterior of the building, ensure our guests enjoy complete peace of mind during their stay. Smoke detectors and smoke dispersal systems are also provided for your safety and in the event of any emergency a security officer is available on-site 24 hours a day. The building is fully tested for all health and safety aspects and of course statutory insurance is in place.
Car Parking
We operate our own car park underneath the apartments which is covered by CCTV and patrolled overnight.
